Cam v3 NO sound when playing clip from events

When using Cam v3 with cam plus then playing an event no sound? yes sound recording is ON however when playing same time clip from microsd you hear sound??
strange on cam plus you pay for but no sound??

I am not having this issue with my Cam v3. Can you provide the following:

  • Androud App Version
  • Firmware of the Camera experiencing this issue
  • Have you submitted a log? If so can you provide it her
  • Have you reached out to Wyze and received a Ticket Number?
