Cam Plus Unlimited - wrong email - can't get Wyze to respond

As the subject says. I responded to an email offfer from Wyze for a deal on Cam Plus Unlimited (which isn’t what it is anyway, it’d definitely limited). I clicked through adding the subscription. It never showed up in the app. Then I checked and found I’d purchased Cam Plus Unlimited using a different email than the one on my account. I’ve sent messages to Wyze, or at least tried to. Their chat bot basically takes me in an endless loop of questions and responses. So, I can’t get Wyze’s attention, and can’t get this fixed, so I can’t use Cam Plus Unlmited at all. Any suggestions?
