I just purchased & setup a new Wyze Cam Pan. First thing I noticed is how extremely low audio volume is. I checked this forum and see this is a known issue for over a year and obviously not corrected by firmware version 4.10.5.11. I see where it’s recommended to go back to an older firmware version. How do I do this? Or is it even possible for me since mine came with the latest firmware version? Thanks.
