Cam not charging properly please help

One of my new wyze outdoor cams seems to be having trouble charging, the light begins to blink when I first plug in the charging cable which is the white cable that came with it and I’m using the charging brick that came with it as well, after about a minute or two the light stops blinking and it seems to not be charging or charging extremely slow.

My other cam charged without any issues and is currently in use.

Any ideas? Should I return the cam is it defective?

Is the switch on the back of the camera set to the “on” position? When you go into the app, does the camera show “offline” when it’s on and charging?

phone support is typically faster however this isn’t always true due to fluctuation in the amount of calls.

The camera switch is in the on position, and when inside the wyze app the cam shows as on and charging. However it isn’t charging

I would contact support with the information above.
