Wyze needs a better system to monitor beta firmware and software releases. There are problems right now with the latest firmware for the WHMS hub. Several of us are responding to the release post about the issues but there has been no response from anyone from Wyze.
Responding to a post is not an effective way to deal with problems. Wyze needs an official reporting process for problems like this OTHER THAN the useless support line which has no idea how to deal with these issues.
