Better Labeling for "Out of Stock" and "Discontinued" Products on Website

I haven’t found where anyone has posted about this, so forgive me if I’ve missed something.

I would like to see a section on the website that lists products currently Out of Stock so consumers can see this information at a glance. Also, have a section listing products that have officially been Discontinued. At the same time, remove any reference to Discontinued products that are on separate web pages that say, “This product is no longer available and won’t be coming back.” There appear to be a lot of products that have been Discontinued, not just Out of Stock. All of this can get confusing and frustrating for existing Wyze consumers as well as anyone shopping Wyze for the first time.

Here are some examples:

(Some of the categories within Lifestyle seem inconsistent or mislabeled. For example, clothing doesn’t need to be referred to as Health & Lifestyle, maybe just Lifestyle.)

Wyze > Lifestyle (clicking that link which brings up a page that says Health & Lifestyle), at the bottom of the page the Buds are listed with a review and rating. Yet when one clicks on “Immerse yourself in sound,” it goes to a page that says “The product is no longer available and won’t be coming back.”

Wyze > Lifestyle > Audio, the Buds, Buds Pro and Gaming Headset are shown as being Sold Out. Yet the product links go to pages that say “The product is no longer available and won’t be coming back.”

Wyze > Lifestyle > Health & Wellness, at the bottom of the page the Buds are listed with a review and rating. Yet when one clicks on “Immerse yourself in sound,” it goes to a page that says “The product is no longer available and won’t be coming back.”

Wyze > Lifestyle > Lifestyle Accessories, the Watch USB Charging Cable, Headphone Pouch, Headphone Replacement Part Kit, Gaming Headset Dongle, and Gaming Headset Boom Mic all say Sold Out on this page. Yet all their respective pages say “The product is no longer available and won’t be coming back.”

Whether hovering over the Wyze > Lifestyle link or clicking on the Lifestyle link, it shows a special deal for the Headphones at $29.99. Yet when the product is selected, it says they are $35.99 at check out. In both areas, the only ones in stock are white with travel case which shows on the product page, but the thumbnail photos that link to these product pages show black headphones.

Wyze > Smart Home > Vacuums > Robot Vacuum & Cordless Stick Vacuums, the Robot Vacuum is listed and indicates Sold Out. Yet the product link page says “This product is no longer available.” It’s been that way for quite some time. Yet the Availability filter for the Robot and Cordless Stick Vacuums does not indicate it’s been Discontinued, rather just Out of Stock.

Wyze > Lifestyle > Merchandise, the Hoodie is listed as available in sizes small and 2XL and one can add it to their cart but only in small size. On the product page when either is clicked, nothing happens and the page actually says “This product is no longer available.”

Wyze > Lifestyle > Merchandise, the gray and black T-shirts imply that they still might be available in XS even though it says Sold Out. When either product is clicked, the page actually says “The product is no longer available.”

I hope Wyze team members take a closer look at their website and fix some of the inconsistencies and errors that appear.
