Battery Cam Pro Inconsistent Recording

I have four battery cam pro’s in the woods behind our house. Walking within 10’ of any these cameras might or might not trigger a recording. Recording happens maybe 25% of the time. The camera are all 50’ to 100’ of each other along a trail. I am pretty sure that we have never seen all 4 of them record the same walk by. Often times it will only be 1 of the 4, but never all 4. We will occasionally get recordings of raccoons and then a few hours later one of us will walk by with the dogs and nothing recorded. Maybe this is just the nature of the battery cams? All 4 cameras are configured similarly.
