Aunt Alexa still not talking to Uncle Wyze

Since the update, our Alexa will not recognize any of our Wyze products - it’s so frustrating -any suggestions - I hate when electronics fight after the holidays. We’ve tried reconnecting through both apps, but they are still mad and not talking to each other.
