So I don’t get notifications for the floodlight pro on iPhone or iPad. Has anyone else had this issue. I followed the steps tech support says. I got it to work once doing reset services but then again stopped. So frustrating and they aren’t coming out with any updates.
With the floodlights and doorbells I always suspect wifi issues due to where they’re usually mounted. If the reset services worked for a while, it could be that at times the wifi signal can’t keep up and it loses synch (requiring a reset services again). Is the live feed smooth and not delayed, and do event videos upload to the cloud ok (assuming you have cam plus)?
Have you double checked the notification settings for the cam in the app? Would be strange if events were recording and getting tagged fine but notifications weren’t making it to you…
