have an iPhone 15 pro and everytime I log into a specific camera 10 sec later it goes to the “ setting up secure connections” thing and never lets me into my camera. I I have 13 cameras and everyone does it. Home Screen is ok just not specific camera

- What version of the Wyze app are you using?
- What specific Wyze Cams are you using?
- What specific troubleshooting steps have you taken (i.e., clearing the in-app cache)?
Additional detail about your experience could be helpful, too. Based on your initial post, I imagine what you mean is that you’re able to view video feeds from your Cams on the app’s Home screen in the Favorites tab but that if you tap an individual Cam’s tile to open its plugin page (main live view screen) then that’s when you’re seeing connection problems. Is that correct?
