Anyone else getting this email from IFTTT?

I received this email and was wondering if it is legit. I don’t recall signing up for IFTTT but I guess I could have. Anyways here is the email.

Have you updated your password recently, or made some other changes? It could also be due to improvements that have been made to the service.

These won’t work until you bring the service back online."

I use the IFTTT app but I haven’t gotten an email like that before. If you’re not currently using the IFTTT app I certainly wouldn’t reply to the email. Any changes I make is always through the app and not through an email.
