It’s an owl grabbing the field mouse in the foreground. Can’t tell you what breed for sure (no color, and fast!) but likely a Barred Owl.

Was there more than one mouse? Even after the blur, I’m still seeing a pair of reflective eyes and a body moving around (making at least a couple of jumps) for the rest of the video.
To me, it looks more like a rabbit jumping over the mouse
