All devices lost in Wyze App. App doesn't let me re-add them

I can’t see any devices in my Wyze App. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. I tried to add a device again but it gets stuck on loading page after I select the device type.

Couple of Questions as I see you are using Android:

  • What version of Android are you using
  • What device are you installing the App on
  • Are you using a VPN? This looks like it is not reaching Wyze as that is where it gets your device list from.

Can you try turning off your WiFi and use your Cell Service? Would like to see what happens if you bypass your network.
