Detect alarm system sound and notify
We have an old hardwired alarm system. My hope is that either a Wyze camera could be used to send me a notification when the alarm is triggered, or perhaps a different device for this purpose? I’ve tried turning on the smoke detector option for this purpose, and no luck. The siren is in a hall about 12 feet from a camera. I’d be fine with putting a camera right next to it if this would work.
