It seems like there would be plenty of demand for a two-pole 220 volt switch. They could be used for air conditioning systems, well water pumps, septic pumps, electric heating systems, etc.
I agree. In addition to those listed, there are a number of other applications possible. As an amateur radio operator I use several 120v smart plugs now but have a definite need for 220v smart plugs. In fact, I and several friends have been searching for such a product.
