2 Things someone needs to fix

When I am viewing the “My Day” area the time stamp on the camera is different from the time showing in the app and it’s not even consistent. See video:

So I went to the chatbot and tried to create a ticket and this is what happened.

Whoever designed this UI has a black box and then black text so you can’t see anything.

Oof. That second thing especially is a mess. I’ve never tried to create a ticket from the app, and I can’t see a way to get as far as you did even when I set Theme to Light. It never displays the input form for me.

I’ve always created tickets with a PC browser because I don’t like typing on a phone screen, but this is definitely something Wyze should fix with their app-centric product focus, and I’ve seen calls for Wyze to improve the in-app Support/chat experience elsewhere.

FWIW, a recent topic soliciting app feedback has several replies about the need for Wyze to increase the use of contrast within the app. I’d welcome more comments there urging them to improve their use of contrast as part of the overall design, especially as they work toward implementing a full Dark Theme.
