I am installing my thermostat but my heater C connection from my heater was not powering up my wyze thermostat so I bought a external 24vac transformer to power the unit these cables are installed as C and Rc, My heater has a 5 pin connection they are labelled with the first two say heat middle is 24v and last 2 say cool. My previous thermostat was a mercury switch and had just 2 wires connected to the first 2 labelled heat. Any ideas on how to connect the power and heater to the wyze thermostat and what wires to I have to say I have in the setup for it to work .
