Wyze Cam OGs are killing my SD cards

have your new cameras failed?
I had older camera fail, after the warranty period. I purchased a new camera and it’s working. I should double-check that again

I believe it was a firmware update last Feb that has caused the inability of the use of ALL of my once functioning 6 cameras. For all of the SD cards to fail at once, seems absolutely fishy.

Hey! So I went with the following SD card and have had 0 problems:

It seems that has fixed all my issues.

I have a bunch of those in my 2K Wyze cams too. They’ve worked great so far.

:raccoon: Approved

I’ve been using those as they were cheaper than the Sandisks when I first got the cams. Seems to be a bit of a supply issue with them as they go in and out of stock and prices are pretty high. The Sandisk endurance cards should be about equal and are cheaper right now in most sizes.

Can’t go wrong with either brand really, as long as you ensure it is genuine. That’s one thing I like about the Samsungs is they have a utility to confirm they are legit.

Most of mine are a couple of years old and I got them on sale but the price is higher now at about $20.00 each.

Yeah that’s about when I got mine, they were $12 or $13 for 128GB then. The Sandisks are about $15 now. I wouldn’t hesitate to use either one.

Yeah, I have a few of those too. I only buy those when they’re on sale though.
