Wyze Band Code

I cannot access any info on my Wyze Band, all I receive is the code 5E9E. I cannot find any info on this code, or how to rectify the issue. Anyone else have this problem?

Looks like the setup code. Are you setting your Band up for the 1st time or was it previously setup?

It was previously set up

Try deleting the Band from the Wyze app, restart the app and re-add the Band.
