Welcome to the Forum, @scotthco! ![]()
Please be aware that this is primarily a user-to-user support community, so even if you intend for your communication to be directed at Wyze, the likelihood that someone from Wyze might see and respond directly to your post is difficult to say. It happens, but there’s probably a higher likelihood of a direct response in something like a relevant Wyze News topic created by a Wyze employee. (I’m just one of the volunteers trying to assist, and I don’t speak for Wyze in any capacity.)
What you’re requesting has been covered multiple times elsewhere in the Forum, and Wyze’s response to this point has seemed to be Web View, but some users have done other things, like using emulators on a PC (BlueStacks or others), running the Wyze iOS app directly on some Macs, or things like Samsung DeX if you’re using mobile devices within that ecosystem. I’ve had a good experience running scrcpy on Linux with my phone physically tethered to my PC via USB, but when I’m doing that I’m physically controlling my phone with my PC and basically running the phone within its own application window on my desktop. The nice thing about that is that it’s actually the Wyze app I’m experiencing, so I can access the microSD card recordings and everything else, just as if I was using my phone—because I’m actually using my phone, just interacting directly with the PC to drive it. You can read more about using DeX and scrcpy in this topic or search the Forum for other potential solutions.
