Ironically, I had to get some information from Reddit about what’s going on with Wyze. I hate it and wish I hadn’t jumped all in with the Wyze ecosystem. I can’t get replacements for my thermostats and it seems every other thing I purchased, other than the cameras will eventually die and will need to be replaced by another brand. It seems that if their direction is to go back to just cameras, they should simply remove everything else from their website that isn’t going to ever be restocked, which is a lot of items. Leaving customers wondering and hoping for a restock that will never happen is not transparency. It’s false hope and only creating more distrust and customer shed. It was a good run I guess. Time to find an alternative to all of it.
