What colors have the various cameras come in?

What are the case colors (manufactured, not painted or skinned)?
I’ve a transparent, some green, black and of course white. Are there others?

I am aware of white, black, clear, green and orange that were actually manufactured and not skinned

Edit: All of these are in the v2 variety, I don’t know of anything but white in the others
