My vacuum works fine by itself. I’ve had it for several months but lately when the battery gets low it will not return itself to a charging cradle to charge. It’ll just run until it dies and then stops and I have to carry it back to the charging cradle. Does anyone have an answer to this? Thanks

This has also happened multiple times to my vacuum. The app says it needs to recharge but it heads off in a different direction, then gets trapped in a corner. The app displays a pause button but no charge button. So I stop it and carry it back to the charging station.
It would be nice if a “Return to Charge” button was added to the screen when the vacuum is running.
Have you tried moving the charger to a more open area? I would try that and remap.
