After entering a two-factor authentication code to login, you are prompted to optionally remember the device for 90 days. It won’t remember the device for 90 seconds, much less 90 days.
Turn iCloud Private Relay off or set it to Fixed. It generates new IP address constantly so it trrows off Wyze authentication servers thinking it is a new device every time you log in.
This issue is occuring on my Windows PC using the Wyze Web Live interface, but I also checked my iphone settings and private relay was already set to off.
Unfortunately my knowledge of Windows is very basic. I hope someone more knowledgable in Windows OS will chime in.
Do you have a VPN by any chance? If you do try disabling it and see if that helps.
Thank you for your attention. I have a VPN, but this happens even when the VPN is disabled.
Sorry, don’t know what to tell you.
Under the Chrome browser “Privacy and Security” settings, I added [*.]wyze.com (include the brackets) to “Sites allowed to use third-party cookies”; waiting to see if this resolves the issue.
If I don’t add a follow-up to this post, it probably worked.
I agree that it’s probably related to cookies. As I was reading through this topic, I wondered if you were using something like Private/Incognito mode, an extension that was interfering with or deleting cookies, or a utility (e.g., CCleaner) that deletes cookies. I just checked and have Allow third-party cookies selected in Chrome (I happen to be running it on Linux at the moment). If you’re using the Block third-party cookies setting, then I think adding an exception seems like a reasonable thing to try. ![]()
