Turning on ambient light for 2 hours in evening and 2 hours in morning for V2 socket

I have a v4 Camera connected to a v2 socket. I’d like to turn on the lights for 2 hours in the evening and 2 hours in the morning but turn them off in the middle of the night. When I go to the Ambient Light setting under the v2 socket, I can only set one time range. When I go to automations, the v4 camera, there is no action to turn on Ambient Light.

Is there a way to turn on ambient light for 2 hours in the evening and then again for 2 hours in the morning?
