We have set up our Home monitoring system to automatically set to HOME at 10:00pm. What I don’t like is the system will chime during the countdown, waking up anyone whose already sleeping. Can I silence it just for the countdown?

Absolutely. Monitoring Tab → Home Monitoring Settings → Entry & Exit Delay. Enable the Silent delay for Entry and Exit on both the Home and the Away tabs.
