Set device time zones, update from time server

Devices should allow you to set the timezone where they are physically located. This seems like a no brainer.

At least this is the way it should be!

Absolutely agree that cameras should always be running on local time at their location not the phone location. What would happen if two authorised users logged on from different time zones?
