Yesterday, (not the first time) I opened up the Wyze app to check on my cameras and sensors. All the cameras were on and functioning but a motion sensor was offline and 4 of my contact sensors were also off line. Rather than try to put them back online, I decided to wait and see what happens. After about 6 hours, I checked the Wyze app again and everything was back up and running… I ask you support people why and how does this happen? I would like an honest answer from someone who knows what is actually happening… My intention is not to blame, rather to understand.
