I just received my new Wyze watch ordered about 4 months ago. After charging the battery I managed to either misplace or lose the charging cable. Anyone know how to buy a replacement or find an aftermarket cable anywhere else? I can’t find anything about purchasing a charging cable on the Wyze website and sure would not like the thought of it being useless after the initial battery charge runs down…

Individual Wyze Watch charging cables are not available for purchase at this time. You may be able to find cables on a different site, but it’s not guaranteed that they’ll work.
You may want to contact Wyze Customer Support about this issue and see if they can send you a new charging cable.

phone support is typically faster however this isn’t always true due to fluctuation in the amount of calls.
Thanks for the reply and phone #. I spoke to Wyze this morning and they do not have any charging cables for this watch. Hopefully I can find a aftermarket cable in the future (searched Amazon for over an hour with no success)… Otherwise I will just put the watch in a drawer until a cable becomes available. It is my fault since I had the original cable and lost it.

Please - I just received both of my watches - they seem really great - my cat has already destroyed both cables - please sell replacements!
After searching I found a replacement cable on Amazon. You have to buy the 2 pack but only the white cable works. At least it is an option until Wyze wizes up and sells a replacement.

Interesting find (the charging cable). I just looked up the Umidigi watch that this cable is for and they sell a couple of watches that look very similar to the Wyze watch. Wonder if this is who is making the watches for Wyze…

How odd that only the white one works… However I appreciate the reference as I misplaced the OEM cable and was very glad to find your reference for a working replacement.
The ad states that the + and - poles are different. The spacing also appears to be slightly different. For whatever difference I am glad one works
Did it work? The separation between the charging plates looks like too wide. It says 2.84mm but watch is about 1 mm

It is absolutely astounding that WYZE does not make readily available replacement cables for lost or damaged recharging cables, which must be a common problem! The link does work, so tomorrow I will order replacement cables.

Why have to contact Wyze for such as simple ask? Either the replacement is available from Wyze or not.

I cannot believe that Wyze does not offer a replacement charging cable! That is terrible customer service! I am starting to think less and less of Wyze!
I’ve had my watch since May 2021 (when the watch was only $19.99). Don’t make me buy a new watch just to get a charging cable. Or go to another brand watch. I’m a long time Wyze customer - not supporting the customer is just wrong.
