Random Notirications or missing any

So I have random issues with my 2 v3 cams since the new app was released. I have Cam Lite subscription. Here are the issues:

  1. No push notifications, or random.
  2. Sometimes I get motion events, sometimes not.
  3. Sometimes the cams don’t recognize a person, no notifications appear in the events list.
  4. Sometimes the notifications switch is off in the cam setrings.
    I did reinstalled the app twice, it has all perissions turned on. I use android.

I also tried every one option in the new app and can’t make it work properly. Even the sound detection is not working properly. I think it’s wyze notifications/detections issue overall.
I get the 12 second videos from the cloud couple of hours later only if I refresh the events list…

Anyone with similar issues?

Yes, I see some of those issues.

  • Missing notifications yet event shows in event tab
  • Notifications that arrive without an image attached
  • Notifications for a pet when it is a person
  • Settings being changed for notifications (vehicle and package turned on for interior cams where they were NOT enabled suddenly become enabled by magic)

Most of my issues are with V2 cameras. My 3 V3 cameras have occasionally missing notifications but less than the V2’s.
