I asked the AI what would make for an unhealthy vs healthy relationship with AI and the difference means AI indicates my relationship with AI is healthy.

Most of them say they aren’t allowed to look at our previous conversations, but MS Copilot apparently doesn’t mind reviewing the history

But at least you get a feel for how I am mostly using AI.
