How essential is statistical analysis to good social planning within the business? Can you give an example of a past insight that guided Wyze to great effect?

You aren’t wrong! Sure thing! I think that statistical analysis is important for good social planning. But a lot of the really meaty stuff probably falls under topics I’m not at liberty to discuss with the public. So I’ll leave it at statistical analysis being used to track the impact of changes to customer support, selecting features for our services, and more.
