I just installed the solar camera, 2k, seems good except the pics and video are upside down on my phone. I installed correctly according to the install pics in instructions. Please help.

Go to the settings of the camera and then the Advanced Settings area. There should be a rotate image 180 degrees. Toggle the setting to see if that corrects what you are seeing.
Thank you. I found the advanced settings and the 180 degree is a toggle on or off. Neither position changes my upside down video/pictures.
That doesn’t make any sense, even if they had installed the camera in the unit upside down (or you installed the unit upside down) toggling to the other position would reverse the image.
Are you using your phone in normal (portrait) position or sideways in landscape?
