Package delivered to wrong location

Trying to figure out who do I contact when packed is delivered to the billing address, instead of the shipping address and I don’t have access to the billing address.

I’ve been on the phone with that number for the last 30 mins waiting to talk to someone… Nothing yet… also on live chat waiting. This is ridiculous :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:
