Option of kilometers instead of miles in run app on Wyze watch

It would be nice to have the option of toggling kilometers and miles for the run app. Thanks.

I live in a country that uses metric units. Can we have KM instead of miles on the watch?

Hmmm, Wyze has a Canada store and uses Amazon.ca - but still does not give the option for kilometres distance in Wyze Watch 44. HMMMMMMM.

Was looking for that option today and couldn’t find it; coming from another watch with an activity tracker and was expecting this feature.
