Can I configure the cam pan to send notification only on specfic days and hours?
I want to get notifications on week days mornings but not on the weekend mornings.

I see that you can also define multiple rules so it means I can add a night houes rule for all week and a day hours rule for specific days, right?
Yes. I have “Day” rules and “Night” rules and even “Weekend” rules for the same cameras and notifications.
