I received my cameras and installed the app on my iPad, but when I open it and try to login I get the following message “The internet connection appears to be offline”. Well, it’s not because here I am on this forum! Anyone know why this happens?
I have other brand cameras and no problem with any of them on my network.

Thanks, but I’m returning the cameras. I’ll just purchase more of the other cameras I already have. Already wasted enough time on this experiment.
