Monitoring in app locked in loop at step 3 of 15 in home setup

In late July, my app on my Android pixel 8 pro would not let me set the alarm remotely. I went in and set alarm manually. Left town.

After multiple attempts with live support, the app still stuck.

Description of problem:

I open app and hit monitoring tab. I am directed to complete home setup for monitoring. I enter my home address and country hit continue it goes to next g screen asking me to name location, I select the name home from the list. I hit the save button, and it loops with the word failed coming up briefly just above the continue button.

Things I have tried:

While spending 4 to 5 hours of my time on several phone calls with Customer Service, Currently working with next level of CS via email only.

Clear the memory cache on the phone. And restart the phone. LOOPS AT STEP 3 OF 15 IN HOME MONITORING TAB

I have deleted the app from my phone. Reinstalled the app. Same thing. LOOPS AT STEP 3 OF 15 IN HOME MONITORING TAB

I have logged into my account on my wife’s phone. Sames steps same results.

I have done a soft reset of the sense hub.

I have checked to see if I am running the latest version of the app and all of the firmware is up to date.

CS at first level offered to cancel my home monitoring and give me a refund. I requested escalation.

CS at second level requested that I create a new account, They offered 1 month of free home monitoring while I tried to get system working, but I realized and they confirmed that I would have to re reinstall all of my wyze system; hub, keypad, 6 door sensors, 4 motion detectors, 3 door bell cameras, 2 v4 cameras…

When I questioned CS, about my time invested, they offered a $10 credit. This was pretty insulting. I replied, that I thought it was a glitch in the app. Or that the hub was the problem.

Any suggestions about what I can do next?

If I have to start over, should I start with a new sense hub?
