Mailbox Sensor
How 'bout a Wifi enabled “mailbox sensor” that works by either small sensor mounted inside door that signals when mailbox is opened by motion going downward. Or Small optical sensor that triggers when mailbox door is opened and light is introduced, Would know if and when mail is delivered or retrieved. Would need to work with metal and plastic mailboxes with long battery life like outdoor cams with good wifi range.
