Is it possible to search the images on a CD card for faces?

I have an event (burglar) that aged off of the cloud.

I had a microsd in it, but need to search that card.

Is there any way to search the thousands of mp3 on the card for ones with people or faces?

You’d need to find some sort of specialized software for doing that and I doubt it would be cheap.

The card should have tags on it just like the cloud images did, so just go to the date/approximate time of the event and use the arrows that are overlaid on the image to skip from event to event to find the one(s) you need.

Reolink has that ability in it’s ecosystem with the recently added AI hub :winking_face_with_tongue:

The Reolink AI Box (introduced CES 2026) is a dedicated local processing hub designed to bring advanced “ReoNeura” AI features to existing Reolink cameras without subscription fees. Powered by Qualcomm Dragonwing Q8, it handles local AI detection, analysis, and searches, offering customized alerts and improved smart detection.

Key Features of Reolink AI Hubs (AI Box & Home Hubs)

Local AI Processing: All data analysis (people, vehicles, pets) occurs on-site for privacy and speed, removing cloud subscription fees.

AI Video Search: Search through recorded footage for specific details, such as searching for a person in a red shirt.

Priority Alerts: Set specific alert triggers for immediate notification, such as identifying a delivery person or a fire.

Wide Compatibility: Works with most Reolink PoE, plug-in Wi-Fi, and some battery-powered cameras.

High-Capacity Storage: Some models support up to 16TB of storage for 24/7 continuous recording, providing a central hub for multiple cameras.

The AI Box specifically enhances standard cameras with “AI Video Search+” features that allow for intelligent tracking and nuanced detection, ensuring high-quality, instant security without relying on internet connectivity.
