Indoor camera not recording Person yet it does record motion

I have four cameras, one is not recording Person but is recording motion. The plus box was not checked, changed it and it is still not recording person. Did a restart as well, no luck. Back story; I did purchase and Outdoor cam and replaced the cam in question. Did not realize that a wireless box was necessary, changes back to old cam and discovered the problem.
