How do you add a Wyze Cam Pan v2 to an existing Wyze android app which is already running an Outdoor Cam?

Hi @gilmanjr and welcome to the forum. 
On the Home tab of the Wyze app there is a + sign in the upper left. Press that and Add Device.
Select Cameras and scroll down to the product you wish to add to the App.

And that’s the same way for all Wyze devices to be added to the owner’s account.
