Handheld Vacuum Parts? (Particularly the adapter bit)

Does anyone know where I can get the brush part or the flat-to-round adapter?
My dog chewed the crap out of them, and they’re useless now.
Failing that - any STL plans for the parts, and I’ll make them myself?
