Flood light Pro 2.5k QHD not available?

Hey everyone,

I decided to order the floodlight pro with 2.5k QHD camera. I ordered initially from Amazon and it came with the older 2k camera. I returned it and tried again and again wrong. I ordered through Wyze shop fulfilled by Amazon and a 3rd it’s not the same camera as the description on the website. My question is does the 2.5k camera actually exist?? Or is it the same 2k camera with software updates making it a 2.5k camera? The 2k is much cheaper than the 2.5k camera option and I’m not going to settle to pay more for the same camera that’s much cheaper.

So you’re getting the v2 and not the pro? Sounds like Amazon may have some sort of mix up going on. Ordering amazon via wyze is the same as ordering via amazon (other than pricing/promotion differences) so all 3 probably came from the same stock.

You could try ordering directly from wyze, but sometimes they still fulfill those orders via Amazon.
