Hello, when I save the 12 second videos to my photos on iPhone or MacBook, the end of the last 2 seconds of video gets replaced or deleted, making them 10 seconds. However, in the app I can view the full 12 seconds. I have a security capture I have been trying to share but the action I need to share happens in that last 2 seconds.
Why are videos being cut off when we export?
Are you using the download function or the Share Function? I never use share because it adds a frame or two at the end that says Captured by WYZE V3 Pro, V3, V4 or whatever cam. If you want entire events you should put a good SD card in the cam and record continuous.
I have SD cards in all of my cameras set to Continuous Recording. While viewing SD card playback, I am able to hit Record (then the Stop button in the screenshot below) to get a clip that starts and stops exactly where I want it.
I am still using App version 2.50 but I would imagine App 3.xx should work the same.
Hi Antonius, I have tried both the download and share features. Either way, it cuts the last 2 seconds of the video capture. Normally, I never notice, but the footage I needed to share occurs in the last 2 seconds of a video. So, I am hoping there is a method to fix that.
