Hi I am having problem emailing to Wzyecam. I need to check whether thay have received my subscription for Person detection motion as the beta version is ending. Can anyone send me a email link. Thks.

You can go to https://services.wyze.com/ and sign-in with the same username and password as your Wyze app. Then, you can manage your services and payments for services. Also, make sure that person detection is enabled on your camera (s). The setup is the same for legacy person detection as Cam Plus.
