I have my duo cam pan set up so that the fixed cam is on my porch (looking for people and packages) and the pan cam looking towards the street and sidewalk… I have detection zone set up for the fixed cam but not the pan cam…. The issue I am having is I am getting notified for “person detected” every time someone walks on the sidewalk when I would prefer that I only get a notification when the fixed cam detects a person….. I tried enabling a detection zone on the pan cam (and limit it to a small square that would have no people) but then it disables the tracking motion feature….
I would love to be able to find a way to have the pan cam track motion but send NO notifications and have the fixed cam be the one doing the notifications (in the detection zone)… ideas?
