I have a video on one of my cameras I want to download and save. Cannot figure out how to do this. Any advice would be appreciated.
Is it on the SD card, or is it a cloud video?
If it’s on the SD card in the camera, might be easiest to pull the SD card from the camera and put it in a computer, then you can view the files, structure and find the individual video you want and copied over to your computer.
If it’s a cloud video, you can view the event and then click the picture and the links should pop up on the screen. You may have to click the more icon to see the download link.
