I have 2 v3 that I had working in Blue Iris before the API change. While sorting that out I erased my setting in blue iris and can’t get it working again.
I have updated to the latest docker-wyze-bridge on UNRAID and have my API info entered and have that working but I can’t get the cameras streaming on blue iris. One item I am unsure of is what user and password do I enter in blue iris for it to connect to a camera in docker-wyze-bridge ?
I’m having a similar issue. I thought upgrading might help with camera pauses and disconnects but updating to the new docker-wyze-bridge doesn’t work with blue iris.
I have all of the API info correct and updated yaml for the docker compose. I can also see the camera feed in a web browser so, Idk where the problem lies. Given that it would suggest the problem is with blue iris but when only the bridge has changed I don’t see how that’s the case.
Also noteworthy is that I did turn on additional logging and don’t see anything obvious in the logs.
My question would be is there an “updated” way blue iris should be configured to get the camera feed from the bridge? This is the only explanation that makes sense to me. Hopefully someone in the community will have a suggestion here.
I found a solution with the UNRAID docker and that was to add a variable WB_AUTH set to false. this turned off the need for the password required to open the streams . I still need to make set up the TOTP Key for 2FA: for the chnages coming at the end of the month.
Thanks for that. I had a couple of things going on that were problematic including docker needing a reboot. Once I fixed all of those (I already had added that env var to my compose yaml) I was able to get an RTSP feed working in BI so, clearly the issue with HLS is a BI config issue and/or a problem with BI.
