They should have in case that tree goes down, unless it’s far enough not to affect the lines. Hard to say from the picture.
In Northern California they (Pacific Gas & Electric) just lets stuff fall on the lines, start 
(s) then raise the rates three or four times a year so we have to pay for all the damage done. 
That’s to close for comfort, but then around here you only need 15’ clearance on each side.

I once saw a tree that the center had been cut back to form a circle around the power lines going through the center. I wish I had stopped to get a picture.

In Illinois those lights will get you pulled over.
When I was about 15 I came up with an idea to clip 12 volt Christmas lights to the rain gutter on cars. Never went any further.
Then just a few months ago I see someone got arrested for driving their car with Christmas lights on the roof.

Did you give a poor review because the deliver driver missed your house and delivered to the wrong address?
I always go to a dealer’s lot and negotiate off MSRP on a vehicle that is in stock. Never had a vehicle delivered even though I know that is possible.
The full story on the car hauler is I saw it stopped just off the main road near my house while I was running errands. Looked like the driver was tightening the safety chains. Going by my house was probably the quickest way to get back to the main road.
