They should have in case that tree goes down, unless it’s far enough not to affect the lines. Hard to say from the picture.
In Northern California they (Pacific Gas & Electric) just lets stuff fall on the lines, start
(s) then raise the rates three or four times a year so we have to pay for all the damage done. ![]()
That’s to close for comfort, but then around here you only need 15’ clearance on each side.
